What is your shipping and delivery policy?
Orders placed will ship directly to TTTX plant and will be delivered to the Human Resources Department. Due to the personalized nature of each garment, please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery.
Order Guidelines:
Please indicate your first name that will be embroidered on each garment, only one name per order. Cut off time for ordering is every Thursday 3:00PM CST, which will begin the 3 weeks for delivery. Note: Please review the accuracy of your order before placing your order since each order is custom and personalized. There are no returns or refunds for custom items.
Delivery Inquiries:
Please estimate 3 weeks from the Thursday in which your order was placed and reach out to your HR Department for further questions.
Toyotetsu Store Policy:
TTTX requires all company employees to use the legal first or last name on their company issued uniforms. You acknowledge and accept responsibility to adhere to this requirement. In the event the name selected does not meet the TTTX and campus requirement, you are financially responsible (through payroll deductions) for reorders for policy compliance.
